All product being returned for either warranty or repair needs to be accompanied with an RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) number.

HED is fully committed to providing the highest quality product and we include a 12 month warranty against material or workmanship defects. Our product warranty is provided to the original purchaser, therefore if you are an end-user who has acquired HED product through an OEM, all return requests must be directed through that same OEM.
