HED, Inc. is proud to announce its selection as a Top Workplace in SE Wisconsin for 2011. This recognition come from the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and WorkplaceDynamics, a suburban Philadelphia company that surveys companies and analyzes the data, to determine the area's top workplaces. HED scored as a 2011 Honorable Mention.
This process began last fall when HED participated via an employee survey given to all of its Wisconsin-based employees. WorkplaceDynamics had sent solicitations to area companies, urging them to participate in the survey process. The Journal Sentinel also ran articles and advertisements, in print and online, urging companies to participate. Anyone was able to nominate a company for consideration. The only requirement: The workplace must have a minimum of 50 employees in southeast Wisconsin. Organizations may be public, private, government or nonprofit.
We at HED are grateful for our employee's participation and feedback in this process. This survey also provided valuable feedback from employees on areas that generate employee pride and satisfaction and areas where we can continue to improve.
